Maybe something like this
Pick drivers from tier 1 to tier 6. The most rapid guys will use the less faster cars... it would spice things up.
This is an idea I have been toying with!! Was thinking of arranging something like this to Live Stream on my channel!

Tried this sort of idea in our F2 races... was a bit of a mess if im honest. Quicker drivers just punting past the slower drivers with little patience.

Hmm, still something I'd like to experiment, just for some fun! Nothing serious!

Perhaps do Q1,Q2 and Q3 and 50% race and try to get the best field balance possible with 2018 car performancr

Might work easier if you do it seperate the tiers. (ILR 1-3) and (ILR 4-6) do it seperatley in the format below.

For Example

ILR 1- Williams Sauber Toro Rosso
ILR 2 - Force India Renault Haas Mclaren
ILR 3 - Red Bull, Ferrari and Mercedes

Repeat for ILR 4-6

Stops the huge gulf between driver ability.

As we saw in ROC at Malaysia.. ILR 3 guys held their own in EQUAL cars.. so it might be really tight by the above format.

Thoughts?

I agree because ILR 1 guys just shoved there way past people. However I think it should be random grids.
